QUALITY
Quality control covers all
aspects of the company's operation, commencing with mold design,
production processes and final inspection of completed products.
A dedicated quality
control staff of 7 support the manufacturing operation. In
process inspection, finished product audits and maintenance of
the statistical process control are performed.
A key ingredient of
the quality control program is the continuous updating of
equipment using the latest developments in machine and computer
designs. In addition, preventative maintenance is routine on all
equipment.

the most important visitor on our premises. He is not
dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an
outsider in our business, but is a part of it. We are not

Gunter has the equivalent of
a Masters degree in Toolmaking from Germany. Apprenticed
toolmaker and has vast technical expertise and experience.
Founded Precimold and is passionately involved in the Company's
daily activities.
John is a European
apprenticed toolmaker. World first patented products include:
thermostatic instantaneous hot water heater, DigiLite, world
first approved LED SmartLite. Conceived SOS VIP and is one of
the design patentees.
